Using Pitchtivo
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information. Keep your password private and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for the information you add and for deciding what to publish on your public trading page.
Early-access service
Pitchtivo is currently an early-access business organiser. It is provided without a subscription charge or payment processing at this stage. Features, availability and data export options may change as the service develops. We will explain any future charges before they apply.
Your trading and safety responsibilities
Pitchtivo helps organise business information. It is not a replacement for your own food-safety management system, legal obligations, accounting advice, payroll or a payment terminal. Check that records, forecasts, allergen details and public information are accurate before relying on or sharing them. Pitchtivo AI produces suggestions from your prompt and any selected workspace summary; review every draft because it may be incomplete or inaccurate. AI output is not professional advice. Weather, postcode and public register data are provided for convenience and may be incomplete or delayed.
Customer information and public pages
If you enable public listings or collection orders, make sure you have the right to publish the information and a lawful basis to use customer details. Handle customer information responsibly and only use it to fulfil the relevant order or request. You can disable your public page and collection ordering in the workspace. Fair use and account closure
Do not use Pitchtivo to break the law, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, or upload harmful or unlawful content. We may suspend access where needed to protect users or the service. You may request account closure and deletion by emailing [email protected].
