Who is Pitchtivo for?
Pitchtivo is designed for UK food vans, mobile caterers and street traders who want their pitches, customer page and everyday business records in one place.
Can I start using it for free?
Yes. Pitchtivo is in early access and currently free to use. The prices shown on the site are proposals only; subscriptions and paid upgrades are not live.
Does Pitchtivo take card payments or replace my till?
Pitchtivo now includes a browser till for recording cash sales, cash change and sales confirmed on an external card reader, with a cash drawer opening/closing reconciliation. Card payments remain with the provider: Pitchtivo does not process them or verify terminal approval. Square and PayPal POS imports are read-only; SumUp Tap to Pay needs a native mobile SDK integration and is not connected yet.
How can customers find my business?
Publish a shareable customer page with your menu, photos, hygiene rating and upcoming public stops. Custom Pitchtivo customer addresses are supported.
