A public stop is an upcoming location shown to customers; it is not a limit on saved event history. Staff profiles are roster entries, not separate login seats. Existing records remain accessible if a future plan changes.

Postcode lookup, UK food hygiene rating lookup, event weather, licensed vehicle-image search, Square sales sync and a PayPal POS purchase connector are built in. PayPal POS needs developer credentials in the private server configuration before merchants can connect. SumUp, Xero, review sync and automatic DVLA/DVSA vehicle checks are not live integrations today.

Do these prices apply today?
No. Pitchtivo is in early access and currently free. The figures above are proposed launch pricing, based on research and the tier structure discussed. Paid checkout is not configured; final prices and limits will be confirmed before charges begin.
Will essential tools be removed from Free?
The plan proposal keeps the core modules in every tier. Paid plans add capacity for public stops, vehicles, staff profiles and photos, plus higher daily Pitchtivo AI draft allowances. Paid checkout is not live yet, so paid tiers cannot currently be activated.
Can I take card payments through Pitchtivo?
The browser till records cash sales, calculates change, keeps a receipt ledger and supports opening-float / close-of-day cash reconciliation. You can record that a SumUp or other external terminal approved a card payment, but Pitchtivo does not process or verify it. Direct SumUp Tap to Pay requires a native app integration and is not connected yet. Square and PayPal POS remain read-only imports.
Are Google and Tripadvisor reviews imported automatically?
No. Reviewers can add reviews manually or import eligible data from CSV. Automatic sync and replies depend on platform access, customer authorisation and each provider’s rules.
