01 · START HEREOpen Overview ↗

Set up your workspace in a few small steps

Add your business name and type, then build only the parts you need first: a menu, your next pitch, and a customer page. You can return to setup later.

YOUR FIRST STEPSGood morning, your business.
01 · Business profile02 · Add a menu03 · Add your next pitch
What should I do first?

Complete the business profile and contact details, add a few menu items, and record the next confirmed pitch. Then turn on only the public page features you are ready to use.

02 · FIND TRADINGOpen Events & pitches ↗

Find events and send a trader application

Use the Event marketplace to compare dates, location, trading hours, pitch fees, facilities, insurance requirements and setup information before applying. Applications are sent to the organiser for review; Pitchtivo does not confirm a place automatically.

EVENT MARKETPLACEHarbour Food Weekend

📍 Bristol · 14–15 June · £85 pitch fee

⚡ Power: 16A available🧯 Public liability required⏰ Apply by 30 May
What information should I include?

Choose the food category, describe your setup and menu, confirm relevant insurance and hygiene documents, and add a short note. Check the organiser’s full terms and ask them directly about anything that is unclear before committing.

Can an organiser create an event?

Yes. Create an organiser listing with a clear venue, trading dates, arrival/setup times, fees, facilities, eligibility, application deadline and cancellation terms. Add a location photo where you have permission to use it.

Take a sale, then print what you need

Add items to the till, select the payment method and complete the sale. The completed-sale panel offers receipt printing, kitchen-ticket printing and a clear “Next sale” action. Printing requires a compatible printer connected to the device or browser.

Why did my printer not start?

Browser printing opens the device print dialog. Check the selected printer, paper size and connection. Pitchtivo does not silently route print jobs to a printer that has not been selected.

04 · KEEP IT SAFEOpen Food safety ↗

Keep useful food-safety records together

Record the checks your own food-safety management system requires, with readings, time, responsible person and corrective action where needed. Guidance and templates support your records; they do not certify compliance or replace your local authority’s requirements.

What should be ready for an inspection?

Keep current food-safety procedures, relevant training, cleaning and pest records, temperature and corrective-action records, supplier/traceability evidence, allergen information and maintenance records that apply to your operation. Make sure the records match what happens in practice.

05 · WORK TOGETHEROpen Team & shifts ↗

Give each person the access they need

Choose a role based on the work being done. Casual assistants can see their rota; team members can handle selected till and event tasks; kitchen members focus on kitchen workflows; managers can operate the workspace. Owner-only account, billing and core settings stay with the owner.

Can I change someone’s access later?

Yes. Workspace owners can adjust individual permissions or revoke access from Team & shifts. Keep sign-in details personal; do not share an owner account with staff.

Work through a connection drop

After a successful sign-in on this device, Pitchtivo can keep an encrypted local workspace copy for offline access. The cache is protected by your password and remains on this device. Changes wait to sync until the connection returns; if another device changed the workspace meanwhile, Pitchtivo keeps your local edits and asks for a deliberate resolution.

Offline availability depends on the browser or desktop installation having previously loaded the app and workspace on this device. Payments, push notifications, email, uploads and other server-connected actions need internet.
